JetBlue Vacations is a vacation package service offered by JetBlue Airways Corporation ("JetBlue"). Air transportation is supplied by JetBlue; while hotels, rental cars, travel insurance, and other additional products and services are supplied directly to you by independent companies ("Travel Suppliers"). Travel Suppliers are not agents, employees, or subcontractors of JetBlue, and JetBlue is not responsible for their acts or omissions or any products or services supplied by them.
By booking a JetBlue Vacations package, you (i) represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; and (ii) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, along with JetBlue's legal terms, including, without limitation, the Website Terms and Conditions. These are the controlling and operative terms and conditions applicable to your purchase of a vacation package from JetBlue Vacations. In case of any conflict or ambiguity between these terms and conditions and representations made elsewhere, including on the JetBlue or JetBlue Vacations website, these terms and conditions shall govern. JetBlue reserves the right, at any time, to change or cancel these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion, without notice or liability to you. Please review these terms and conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes and are familiar with the most current version of these terms.
Additional terms and conditions will apply to the products or services that you select that are supplied by Travel Suppliers (such as hotel, car, travel insurance, etc.). To review the specific terms and conditions that apply to a Travel Supplier's products or services, please visit their website or contact them directly.
Prices and Booking
Advertised package prices are in US Dollars ($) and are inclusive of (i) airfare in the core cabin (including government taxes and fees applicable to airfare which are subject to change as required by law; (ii) hotel rates (including hotel taxes); and (iii) the fee for intermediary services provided by JetBlue to facilitate the booking of and payment for services and accommodations provided by the Travel Suppliers. Advertised package prices do not include fees for products or services sold separately or not expressly included as part of the package price (e.g., car rental costs and related taxes and fees, food, beverages, travel insurance, in-flight movies, hotel parking, hotel/resort fees, etc.). For tickets purchased on or after 8/27/2018, the first checked bag is $30, the second checked bag is $40, and the third checked bag is $150 on JetBlue-operated flights. For tickets purchased before 8/27/2018, the first checked bag is $25, the second checked bag is $35, and the third checked bag is $100 on JetBlue-operated flights. Weight and size limits apply, and bag fee may apply to itineraries including flights marketed or operated by other airlines. Packages do not include fees for overweight/extra baggage or other fees for flight products/services sold separately
All advertised prices and rates are subject to availability, may change at any time without notice, are valid for new bookings only, are capacity controlled, may not be available on all dates or with all flights, and may be restricted to certain hotel room categories. The entire package price, including all taxes and fees, must be paid by major credit card at the time of reservation. You may book a JetBlue Vacations package online or by calling 844-JB VACAY (528-2229). Customers with hearing or speech impairments may call our toll-free TTY/TDD telephone number, 1-800-336-5530.
Some JetBlue Vacations packages may be reserved for a period of time before full payment of the total amount is required, depending on whether the Travel Supplier allows this, which will be specified at the time of booking. Such reservations may be held only through the end of the day (11:00 p.m. ET or 8:00 p.m. PT) on jetblue.com or by calling 844-JB VACAY (528-2229) only when all of the following conditions are met: (i) the scheduled departure date is at least seven (7) days away; and (ii) a $25 non-refundable deposit ("Deposit") is paid. Once the Deposit has been paid, then the reserved booking can only be confirmed and completed by calling 1-844-JB VACAY (528-2229) and submitting full payment of the total amount by the end of the day (11:00 p.m. ET or 8:00 p.m. PT) which cannot be completed on jetblue.com. If the booking is not confirmed and full payment of the total amount is not made by the end of the day (11:00 p.m. ET or 8:00 p.m. PT), the Deposit will be credited back to the same method of payment in up to 10 business days. Any changes/cancellations to confirmed bookings made after the end of the day (11:00 p.m. ET or 8:00 p.m. PT) will be assessed the full change and cancellation penalties stated below.
Adjustments made to JetBlue Vacations package pricing will not be made after payment has been applied. After payment has been made, no subsequent rate reductions will be applied retroactively. JetBlue reserves the right to re-invoice a JetBlue Vacations package should an error be made in computing the package price.
For tickets purchased on or after 8/27/2018: $200 fee per person, plus any applicable hotel or other Travel Supplier penalties. For tickets purchased before 8/27/2018, if change/cancel is made 60 days or more prior to departure date: $70 fee per person, plus any applicable hotel or other Travel Supplier penalties. If change/cancel is made within 60 days of departure date: $135 fee per person, plus any applicable hotel or other Travel Supplier penalties.
All money for a package is forfeited if the reservation is not changed or canceled prior to scheduled departure. For changes, where permitted, there may also be an increase in package price. By way of example and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a change in the number of occupants per room may change the price of the package. If any changes involve an increase in package price, payment will be required at the time of requested change. Changes are not effective until payment is received and availability is confirmed. If any change qualifies for a decrease in package price, the difference will be provided to you as a JetBlue Vacations credit which can be applied towards any future JetBlue Vacations package only ("JetBlue Vacations Credit"); refunds will not be given. Name changes are not permitted.
Changes are subject to JetBlue and Travel Supplier availability, and there is no guarantee that your requested change can or will be made. Changes must be made in accordance with and will be subject to the JetBlue and Travel Suppliers' change policies. For JetBlue Vacations packages purchased with a combination of TrueBlue Points with a monetary payment, no changes after your scheduled departure are permitted. Cancellations, where permitted, are for Vacations Credit only; refunds will not be given for cancellations. JetBlue Vacations Credit are valid for one year from the date of cancellation and are good only towards JetBlue Vacations packages. JetBlue Vacations Credit may not be used for air-only travel on JetBlue Airways. Cancellations must be made in accordance with and will be subject to the JetBlue and Travel Suppliers' cancellation policies.
Changes and cancellations, where permitted, can only be made by calling 844-JB VACAY (528-2229), or, for customers with hearing or speech impediments, by calling TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530. No changes will be accepted by email or online. If you do not change or cancel your JetBlue Vacations reservation in accordance with the applicable change/cancel policies (including but not limited to the JetBlue and Travel Supplier change/cancel policies) prior to your scheduled departure, then all money for the package is forfeited. TrueBlue members with Mosaic status are eligible for certain change/cancellation fee waivers, as outlined below and in the TrueBlue Terms and Conditions .
In addition to the terms herein, each travel supplier (including hotel, car, etc.) May have specific change or cancellation policies and/or fees, which apply to your JetBlue Vacations package. Those terms are expressly incorporated herein. Call 844-JB VACAY (528-2229) for details. (Do not call the Travel Supplier directly, as the change or cancellation policies and/or fees may be specific to the JetBlue Vacations package.)
Refunds for Unused Services
Unused package components may not be exchanged, transferred or refunded.
Air travel on JetBlue is governed by JetBlue's Contract of Carriage , a copy of which is available for inspection at all JetBlue ticket counters, and JetBlue's International Customer Rules Tariffs on file with the U.S. Department of Transportation. Please review these documents for travel requirements and restrictions, liability and baggage limitations, and requirements for the travel of minor children. JetBlue's Customer Service Plan and Contingency Plan for Lengthy Tarmac Delays also apply to flights operated by JetBlue. For clarity, these provisions only apply to the extent applicable to the air portion of a JetBlue Vacations package and do not apply to the non-air portion(s) of a JetBlue Vacations package.
For domestic and international travel, customers must present government-issued photo identification. For international travel, please contact the relevant embassy or consulate for details on travel documentation requirements. It is your responsibility to verify your flight information and follow JetBlue's recommended check-in times . Failure to do so may result in the loss of your seat to another customer and/or denied boarding.
Car Rental Option
Car rentals are provided by Travel Suppliers and include unlimited mileage, except rentals of specialty or luxury cars. Car rental rates do not include taxes, airport fees, insurance, options, underage driver charges (if applicable) or fuel costs, all of which must be paid directly to the rental company upon return of the vehicle. Taxes and fees vary by state and/or location. A valid driver's license and major credit card will be required. If a car rental is returned late, additional charges may apply and will be payable by consumer directly to the rental company. A minimum age for booking may be required by the car rental company at the time of the request for booking or upon rental. Additional car rental restrictions may apply including age restrictions, so please consult the terms and conditions of the car rental company with which you elect to deal.
Airport/hotel connections and transfers, parking fees, meals, hotel/resort fees, shows, tours, tips, energy surcharges, telephone surcharges, telephone calls, liquor, room service, laundry, incidentals, or other items of a personal nature or not otherwise expressly specified in the quoted rate are not included as part of the JetBlue Vacations package. JetBlue is not responsible for requests for special hotel accommodations, although at the time of reservation/booking, you may request special accommodation, including roll-a-way beds, cribs, and non-smoking rooms. Disabled guest facilities may be limited and are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by JetBlue. Any additional fees required by the hotel for special requests must be paid directly to the hotel. A major credit card, cash deposit and photo identification may be required upon check-in at the hotel. Additional hotel check-in restrictions may apply including age restrictions, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel with which you elect to deal. Hotel star ratings are not guaranteed.
Children 13 years and younger may not travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older on the same package.
JetBlue may seek arrangements for substitute comparable hotel accommodations and car rental choices, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond the control of JetBlue.
Emergency Trip Insurance
Trip Cancellation and Interruption insurance is available through a third-party insurance broker Travel Supplier at an additional cost. Insurance coverage is underwritten by BCS Insurance Company or Jefferson Insurance Company, depending on the insured's state of residence. World Access Service Corp, a company of Allianz Global Assistance, is the licensed producer and administrator for this plan.
Earning TrueBlue Points
For packages booked before or on 05/19/19, if you are a registered TrueBlue member you will earn six (6) TrueBlue points per dollar spent on your individual per-person portion of a JetBlue Vacations package. For packages booked on or after 05/20/19, if you are a registered TrueBlue member, you will earn six (6) TrueBlue points per dollar on airfare and one (1) TrueBlue point per dollar on accommodation and car rentals per dollar spent on your individual per-person portion of a JetBlue Vacations package. Points will not be earned on government taxes/fees, travel insurance, or other fees or charges (e.g., change/cancel fees, activities added after booking, food, airport transfers, etc.) You will only earn Points based on the eligible amount spent on your individual per-person cost of the JetBlue Vacations package. You will not earn any Points for amounts spent on any other traveler's JetBlue Vacations package, even if such traveler is on your booking and/or you paid for the package. If you are traveling with other TrueBlue Members, each Member's TrueBlue account information (name and TrueBlue number) must be entered for the booking in order for every Member to earn TrueBlue points on their individual per-person portion of the JetBlue Vacations package.
Purchases of JetBlue Vacations packages do not count towards earning Mosaic status. JetBlue reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, which flights qualify as a segment for the purposes of TrueBlue Mosaic. See TrueBlue Terms and Conditions for details.
Using TrueBlue Points
TrueBlue Members can use TrueBlue points in combination with a monetary payment to purchase JetBlue Vacations packages The number of points and the dollar amount required for a particular JetBlue Vacations package will depend on, among other things, the flight, destination and hotel chosen and the applicability of peak travel periods. The amount of points and the amount of the monetary payment required for a particular package may not be changed or re-allocated in any way. Promo or discount codes cannot be used when booking an Awards Vacation. Points used towards a JetBlue Vacations purchase must be from one TrueBlue member's account; points may not be combined from multiple TrueBlue accounts. Monetary payments must be made at time of booking using a major credit card. JetBlue Vacations packages purchased solely with a monetary payment may not be exchanged or refunded for purchase with TrueBlue points. TrueBlue Members cannot earn any TrueBlue points on JetBlue Vacations packages purchased with a combination of TrueBlue points and a monetary payment.
TrueBlue Mosaic Status
Members that have TrueBlue Mosaic status will receive certain additional benefits in connection with the Program:
Complimentary access to Even More Speed at airports where Even More Speed is available and open;
The ability to redeem Points for Even More Space seats (the amount of Points required for redemption will vary by flight);
Early boarding of JetBlue flights (i.e., flights operated by JetBlue);
Their first and second checked bag free on JetBlue flights (subject to weight and size restrictions and exceptions for itineraries including flights marketed or operated by other carriers);
Complimentary alcoholic beverages onboard (not available on flights operating with express or no inflight service [flights under 340 miles] or where prohibited by law. Customer must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Applies only to the qualified Mosaic member and may not be transferred);
An additional three (3) Points per dollar spent on their individual JetBlue flight;
A dedicated customer service line; and
Change and cancellation fees will be waived for Mosaics and others on their itinerary.
For clarity, the three (3) additional bonus Points earned by a Member with Mosaic will not count towards earning the TrueBlue Mosaic status for the following calendar year.
Members with Mosaic status will not pay the applicable JetBlue change/cancellation fee when they change or cancel their JetBlue flight or JetBlue Vacations reservation. The change/cancel fee will also be waived for any traveler on the same reservation as the Mosaic member; the change/cancel fee for any other traveler not on that same reservation will still apply. For changes, a flight fare increase or Vacations package price increase may apply, and for Vacations, other Travel Supplier change or cancellation fees may still apply.
For cancellations, see the Changes, Cancellations and Standby Guidelines page to determine refund eligibility. For tickets booked through an entity other than JetBlue, booking agent or other third party change or cancellation fees may still apply. The Mosaic member will be responsible for any increase in fare or package price and for all change/cancellation fees other than the JetBlue change/cancellation fee, all of which must be paid at time of change or cancellation or when required by the party assessing the fee. As set forth in more detail in the TrueBlue Terms and Conditions , JetBlue may, in its sole discretion and at any time, without notice or liability, revise, amend or cancel any or all benefits associated with TrueBlue Mosaic status.
Except for promotions offered by JetBlue that expressly apply to a particular JetBlue Vacations package, no other promotional discounts, vouchers, coupons or other discounts or special offers will apply to JetBlue Vacations packages or any components thereof.

JetBlue's website may contain electronic links to websites owned and operated by third parties. JetBlue's inclusion of any links does not imply an endorsement of their material or content and JetBlue disclaims any liability arising out of your use of such websites.
Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
JetBlue shall not be held liable for, and you hereby waive any claims against JetBlue for, any damages whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental, consequential or otherwise, whether stated in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and even if JetBlue has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising out of (a) the booking of or travel in connection with a JetBlue Vacations package; (b) the acts, omissions, products or services of any Travel Supplier or person or company rendering services in connection with a JetBlue Vacations package; (c) any failure or delay or performance by any Travel Supplier; (d) any failure or delay arising out of use of this website, including, without limitation, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in transmission, or computer virus; (e) any failure or delay arising out of use of Travel Suppliers' websites. JetBlue is a vacation package service provider acting as an intermediary/broker and is only responsible for providing services of facilitating the booking of and payment for the vacation package accommodations and services you have selected. JetBlue is not responsible for errors or omissions in any printed or online material. JetBlue is not the agent of the Travel Suppliers or any consumer for any purpose. JetBlue disclaims each and every fiduciary and other duty that could potentially arise under contract, a course of dealing, or otherwise and be owed to the Travel Suppliers or any consumer. JetBlue does not acquire any ownership, right of use, resale or other rights with respect to vacation package accommodations and services. JetBlue shall negotiate, book, and pay for vacation package accommodations and services only in the name of, on behalf of, and using the funds of third-party consumers.
Disclaimer of Warranty
JetBlue makes no warranty of any kind regarding this site or any of the products and services provided. All products and services provided by JetBlue are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. JetBlue expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions, including without limitation any express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and/or those arising by statute or otherwise in law from dealing or usage of trade.
JetBlue shall not be liable for damages for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control or the control of any Travel Supplier with which you have elected to deal including, but not limited to, weather conditions, acts of God, force majeure, strikes, civil commotions, embargoes, and wars or other hostilities, whether actual, threatened or reported, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of JetBlue or any of the Travel Suppliers.
Any disputes and matters arising out of or in connection with JetBlue Vacations packages shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without reference to its choice of law rules, and shall be brought in the federal and state courts located within the State of New York, New York County, as the venue of any action, to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country. Each consumer waives his/her right to a jury trial. JetBlue's failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
When you travel with JetBlue Vacations, we strive to make every part of your trip feel like, well, a vacation. Unfortunately, there are times when things do not go as planned. We think it's important that you know exactly what you can expect from us and that you can purchase insurance coverage for added peace of mind.
Customers who experience a Controllable Event will always have the JetBlue $200 per person change fee waived by JetBlue Vacations.
If there is an Uncontrollable Event, the compensation policy is consistent with JetBlue Airways' Travel Alerts, located at the top of jetblue.com.
When rebooking is the Customer's Choice, customer must pay the JetBlue $200 per person change fee and any applicable change fees charged by the hotel and other travel suppliers. There may also be an increase in the package price.
If airfare price goes up:
In a Controllable Event, if airfare price goes up at rebooking, JetBlue Vacations will rebook the airfare to the same destination for dates set by the airline at no additional fee. Travel must be rebooked within the preset timeframe.
In an Uncontrollable Event, compensation policy is consistent with the one set out for specific JetBlue Airways' Travel Alerts, in a link located at the top of jetblue.com.
When rebooking is the Customer's Choice, customer will be responsible for any increase in airfare, which must be paid at time of rebooking.
If hotel and/or car price goes up:
In a Controllable Event, if the price of hotel and/or car goes up, JetBlue Vacations will waive any additional hotel/car penalties and/or increases in price for the same destination. Travel must be rebooked within the preset timeframe.
In an Uncontrollable Event, JetBlue Vacations will contact the hotel property and/or car partner to determine and apply their policy given the uncontrollable event.
When rebooking is the Customer's Choice, customer will be responsible for any applicable change fees charged by the hotel and other travel suppliers, and any increase in the package price or other package components, which must be paid at time of rebooking.
JetBlue Vacations Credit:
Customers who experience a Controllable Event are entitled to a full JetBlue Vacations Credit, good for one year towards future JetBlue Vacations bookings,
Customers who experience an Uncontrollable Event are entitled to a full JetBlue Vacations Credit, good for one year towards future JetBlue Vacations bookings, less any hotel-imposed fees/penalties and less any nonrefundable Activities.
Customers who cancel per Customer's Choice are entitled to a full JetBlue Vacations Credit if the cancellation request meets the JetBlue Vacations policy (must cancel prior to scheduled departure) and individual hotel cancellation policy, less any hotel imposed fees/penalties and less any nonrefundable Activities. Please call 1-800-JETBLUE, option 3 to ask a JetBlue crewmember about the cancellation policy of the hotel for your JetBlue Vacations package. (Do not call the hotel directly, as the change or cancellation policies and/or fees may be specific to the JetBlue Vacations package.)
Customers who experience a Controllable Event will have the JetBlue $200 per person cancellation fee waived.

Customer must involuntarily extend vacation:
In the event a customer must involuntarily extend their vacation due to a Controllable Event, JetBlue Vacations will book and pay for the additional nights at the same hotel if available, or another hotel if the original is not available. JetBlue Vacations will make the reservation for additional days of the car rental at no additional charge.
In the event a customer must involuntarily extend their vacation due to an Uncontrollable Event, the customer must book and pay for hotel and car rental for the additional night(s) needed at the hotel and/or additional days needed for the car rental.
Customer must involuntarily shorten vacation:
In the event a customer must involuntarily shorten their vacation due to a Controllable Event, the customer is entitled to a full JetBlue Vacations Credit for unused (including nonrefundable) night(s), car rental(s) and Activities.
In the event a customer must involuntarily shorten their vacation due to an Uncontrollable Event, the customer may be entitled to a partial JetBlue Vacations Credit.

There may be a possibility that something goes wrong while you are on vacation. For added peace of mind, we always recommend that you purchase insurance. When you book a vacation with us, you can purchase Allianz Global Assistance on our website during booking. The additional insurance coverage that may be purchased includes:
