JetBlue Vacations is a vacation package service offered by JBTP, LLC (“JBTP”). Air transportation on JetBlue and TrueBlue points are supplied by JetBlue Airways Corporation (“JetBlue”); while codeshare and interline flights hotels, cruises, rental cars, travel insurance, and other additional products and services are supplied directly to you by independent companies (“Travel Suppliers”). Travel Suppliers are not agents, employees, or subcontractors of JBTP, and JBTP is not responsible for their representations, acts or omissions or any products or services supplied by them. JetBlue Vacations packages are inclusive of the following combinations: Flight + Hotel, Flight + Cruise (with or without hotel), Hotel + Points, and others as may be supplemented. By booking a JetBlue Vacations package, you (i) represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; and (ii) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, along with JetBlue’s legal terms, including, without limitation, the Website Terms and Conditions. These are the controlling and operative terms and conditions applicable to your purchase of a vacation package from JBTP. In case of any conflict or ambiguity between these terms and conditions and representations made elsewhere, including on the JetBlue or JetBlue Vacations website, these terms and conditions shall govern. JBTP reserves the right, at any time, to change or cancel these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion, without notice or liability to you. Please review these terms and conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes and are familiar with the most current version of these terms.
Additional terms and conditions will apply to the TrueBlue program, and to products or services that you select that are supplied by Travel Suppliers (such as codeshare or interline flights, hotel, cruise, car, travel insurance, etc.). To review the specific terms and conditions that apply to a Travel Supplier’s products or services, please visit their website or contact them directly.
Prices and Booking:
Advertised package prices are in US Dollars ($) and are inclusive of (i) airfare in the Core (economy) cabin if purchasing a package including a flight component (including government taxes and fees applicable to airfare which are subject to change as required by law); (ii) hotel rates (including hotel taxes) and/or cruise rates (including taxes and fees); (iii) TrueBlue points if purchasing a Hotel + Points package and (iv) the fee for intermediary services provided by JBTP to facilitate the booking of and payment for services and accommodations provided by the Travel Suppliers. Advertised package prices do not include fees for products or services sold separately or not expressly included as part of the package price (e.g., car rental costs and related taxes and fees, food, beverages, travel insurance, in-flight movies, hotel parking, hotel/resort fees, excursions, etc.).
For packages with JetBlue flight components, the first checked bag fee is $35 and the second checked bag fee is $60. For Customers purchasing Mint fares, two checked bags are included. For all fares, the fee for 3rd checked bag is $125 and 4th checked back (or more) is $150 each. Checked bag fees are only refundable if the entire booking is canceled prior to scheduled departure. All bags are subject to applicable limitations, including to size/weight restrictions. Other fees apply for oversized, overweight or extra bags, or for other products or services that are sold separately, including, without limitation, pet fees, Even More Space seats, pillows and blankets, or headsets. View bag fees and other optional services and fees. For packages with codeshare or interline flight components, the baggage fees of such carriers may apply.
All advertised prices and rates are subject to availability, may change at any time without notice prior to booking confirmation, are valid for new bookings only, are capacity controlled, may not be available on all dates or with all flights, and may be restricted to certain hotel room or stateroom categories. The entire package price, including all taxes and fees, must either be paid by major credit card at the time of reservation or by other approved payment or finance option, if available, as provided below. Pricing adjustments will not be made to JetBlue Vacations package after booking is confirmed, except pursuant to the Best Price Guarantee program. No subsequent rate reductions will be applied retroactively. JBTP reserves the right to re-invoice a JetBlue Vacations package should an error be made in computing the package price or to require additional payment in the event that a mistaken package price was advertised.
Payment and Finance Options
JetBlue Vacations Deposit Policy (Flight + Hotel and Hotel + Points):
Under the JetBlue Vacations Deposit Policy, a Flight + Hotel or Hotel + Points booking may be confirmed upon the payment of a deposit only, pursuant to the following terms. Deposits are available only for select hotels and travel dates and subject to change without prior notice. Deposits are $200 per person on the booking. Payment of the deposit confirms the reservation and secures the package price, so long as the remaining full balance owing on the package is received by JBTP at least 30 days before departure. If the remaining full balance owing on the package is not paid in full before the applicable cutoff date, the booking will be canceled and all deposits for that booking are forfeited.
Deposits may be made while booking online at jetbluevacations.com at checkout or by phone with JetBlue Vacations at 1-844-JB VACAY (528-2229). Full payments on deposit bookings may be made online at jetbluevacations.com or by phone. Flight + Hotel bookings made under the Deposits Policy are eligible under the JetBlue Vacations Best Price Guarantee at the time the deposit is paid and up to 48 hours after the deposit has been made.
Changes to a booking for which a deposit has been received can be made by calling JetBlue Vacations at 1-844-JB-VACAY (528-2229). If the new JetBlue Vacations package is not eligible under the Deposit Policy, the Customer will be required to pay in full at time booking is changed. First change to a flight + hotel or hotel +points package won’t incur any JetBlue change fees. All subsequent changes will result in a $100 per person fee which will be added to the balance due on the booking. Changes to a booking may result in changes in price. Cancellation of a booking will result in a $100 per person fee which will be deducted from the $200 deposit and a credit will be provided for a future vacation minus hotel and other supplier penalties. Other Travel Supplier charges and fees may apply. JBTP reserves the right to discontinue the Deposits Policy at any time.
JetBlue Vacations Deposit Policy (Flight + Cruise):
Under the JetBlue Vacations Deposit Policy, a Flight + Cruise booking may be confirmed upon the payment of a deposit only, pursuant to the following terms. Deposits on a Flight + Cruise booking vary based on the cruise selected, and may not be available for all Flight + Cruise bookings or within a certain period prior to departure. Payment of the deposit confirms the reservation and secures the Flight + Cruise package price, so long as the remaining full balance owing on the package is received by JBTP on the date the full package payment is due, as specified at time of booking. If the remaining full balance owing on the package is not paid before the payment date, the booking will be cancelled and all deposits for that booking are forfeited.
Flight + Cruise bookings made under the Deposits Policy are eligible under the JetBlue Vacations Best Price Guarantee at the time the deposit is paid and up to 48 hours after the deposit has been made.
Changes to a booking for which a deposit has been received can be made by calling JetBlue Vacations at 1-844-JB-VACAY (528-2229). If the new JetBlue Vacations package is not eligible under the Deposit Policy, the Customer will be required to pay in full at time booking is changed. Changes to a booking may result in changes in price. Cancellation of a booking may incur cancellation fees up to the full package price. Other Travel Supplier charges and fees may apply. JBTP reserves the right to discontinue the Deposits Policy at any time.
Under the JetBlue Vacations TripHold Policy, a Flight + Hotel or Hotel + Points booking with a scheduled departure at least seven (7) days after the booking date may be held at an advertised price through the end of the booking date (11:00 p.m. ET, 8:00 p.m. PT) upon receipt by JBTP of a non-refundable $25 TripHold payment made by phone to 1-844-JB VACAY (528-2229). A booking subject to TripHold may only be confirmed and completed by calling 1-844-JB VACAY (528-2229) and submitting full payment of the total remaining balance of the package price by the end of the booking date (11:00 p.m. ET or 8:00 p.m. PT). TripHold payments may be applied towards a deposit pursuant to the Deposit program if applied by the end of the booking date. TripHold bookings may not be completed online. Any booking subject to TripHold not confirmed and completed by the end of the booking date is forfeited. Changes or cancellations to confirmed and completed bookings are subject to the standard JetBlue Vacations change and cancellation policies. JBTP reserves the right to discontinue the TripHold Policy at any time.
- Flights + Hotel & Hotel + Points: The first change made to a JetBlue Vacations Flight + Hotel or Hotel + Points package won’t incur any JetBlue change fees. All subsequent changes will result in a $100 per person fee. JetBlue Vacations packages are subject to any applicable hotel, or other Travel Supplier penalties, and any change in price. All Flight + Hotel and Hotel + Points cancellations will result in a $100 per person fee.
- Flights + Cruise: All changes made to a JetBlue Vacations Flight + Cruise package are free. JetBlue Vacations packages are subject to any applicable hotel, cruise or other Travel Supplier penalties, and any change in price. Cancellations made to Flights + Cruise packages are subject to penalty up to the full package price. See more details on Cancellation Penalties.
If you do not change or cancel your JetBlue Vacations reservation in accordance with the applicable change/cancel policies (including but not limited to the JetBlue Vacations and Travel Supplier change/cancel policies) prior to your scheduled departure, all money for the package is forfeited. For changes, where permitted, there may also be an increase in package price. By way of example and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a change in the number of occupants per room or stateroom may change the price of the package. If any changes involve an increase in package price to a booking already paid in full, payment will be required at the time of requested change. Changes are not effective until payment is received and availability is confirmed. If any change qualifies for a decrease in package price, the difference will be provided as a JetBlue Vacations credit that may be applied towards any future JetBlue Vacations package only ("JetBlue Vacations Credit"); refunds will not be provided. Name changes are not permitted. Changes are subject to JetBlue and Travel Supplier availability, and there is no guarantee that your requested change can or will be made until confirmed. Changes or cancellations must be made in accordance with and will be subject to the JBTP and Travel Suppliers' change policies. For JetBlue Vacations packages purchased with a combination of TrueBlue Points with a monetary payment, no s are permitted after your scheduled departure. Cancellations, where permitted, are for JetBlue Vacations Credit only; refunds will not be provided for cancellations. JetBlue Vacations Credits are valid for one year from the date of cancellation and are redeemable only towards JetBlue Vacations packages. JetBlue Vacations Credits may not be used for air-only travel on JetBlue. Changes or cancellations, where permitted, can be made online or by calling 1-844-JB VACAY (528-2229), or, for customers with hearing or speech impediments, by calling TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530. No changes or cancellations will be accepted by email. TrueBlue members with Mosaic status are eligible for certain change/cancellation fee waivers, as outlined below and in the TrueBlue Terms and Conditions.
In addition to the terms herein, each Travel Supplier (including hotel, car, etc.) may have specific change or cancellation policies and/or fees, which may apply to your JetBlue Vacations package. Do not call the Travel Supplier directly, as such change or cancellation policies and/or fees may be specific to your JetBlue Vacations package.
Refunds for Unused Services:
Unused package components may not be exchanged, transferred or refunded.
Air travel on JetBlue is governed by JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage, a copy of which is available for inspection at all JetBlue ticket counters, and JetBlue’s International Customer Rules Tariffs, on file with the U.S. Department of Transportation, and available online here. Please review these documents for travel requirements and restrictions, liability and baggage limitations, and requirements for the travel of minor children. View JetBlue baggage fees and other optional services and fees for your flight. JetBlue’s Customer Service Plan and Contingency Plan for Lengthy Tarmac Delays also apply to flights operated by JetBlue. For clarity, these provisions only apply to the extent applicable to the air portion of a JetBlue Vacations package and do not apply to the non-air portion(s) of a JetBlue Vacations package. For domestic and international travel, customers must present government-issued photo identification. For international travel, please contact the relevant embassy or consulate for details on travel documentation requirements. It is your responsibility to verify your flight information and follow JetBlue’s recommended check-in times. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your seat to another customer and/or denied boarding. Air travel on a codeshare or interline airline partner may be governed in whole or in part by JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage and by the conditions of carriage of the operating carrier.
Car Rental Option:
Car rentals are provided by Travel Suppliers and include unlimited mileage, except rentals of specialty or luxury cars. Car rental rates do not include taxes, airport fees, insurance, options, underage driver charges (if applicable) or fuel costs, all of which must be paid directly to the rental company upon return of the vehicle. Taxes and fees vary by state and/or location. A valid driver's license and major credit card will be required. If a car rental is returned late, additional charges may apply and will be payable by consumer directly to the rental company. A minimum age for booking may be required by the car rental company at the time of the request for booking or upon rental. Additional car rental restrictions may apply including age restrictions, so please consult the terms and conditions of the car rental company you select.
Airport/hotel/cruise connections and transfers, parking fees, meals, hotel/resort/cruise fees, shows, tours, tips, energy surcharges, telephone surcharges, telephone calls, liquor, room service, laundry, incidentals, or other items of a personal nature or not otherwise expressly specified in the quoted rate are not included as part of the JetBlue Vacations package. JBTP is not responsible for requests for special hotel/cruise accommodations, although at the time of reservation/booking, you may be able to request special accommodation, including roll-a-way beds, cribs, and non-smoking rooms. Any additional fees required by the hotel/cruise line for special requests must be paid directly to the hotel/cruise lines. A major credit card, cash deposit and photo identification may be required upon check-in at the hotel/cruise line. Additional hotel/cruise check-in restrictions may apply including age restrictions, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel/cruise line with which you elect to deal. Hotel star ratings are not guaranteed. Hotel, cruise line and other Travel Supplier facilities for Customers with disabilities may be limited and are subject to Travel Supplier availability and cannot be guaranteed by JBTP.
Minimum age restrictions vary by hotel/cruise line or Travel Supplier. Children 13 years and younger may not travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult of at least the minimum age on the same vacation package.
JBTP may arrange and substitute comparable hotel/cruise accommodations and/or car rental reservations for a confirmed booking, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond the control of JBTP.
Emergency Trip Insurance:
Trip Cancellation and Interruption insurance is available through a third-party insurance provider at an additional cost. World Access Service Corp, a company of Allianz Global Assistance, is the licensed producer and administrator for this plan.
Purchasing TrueBlue Points:
JetBlue Vacations Customers may purchase TrueBlue points as part of a Hotel + Points package. TrueBlue points will be added to the lead traveler’s TrueBlue account up to 14 days after travel.
Earning TrueBlue Points:
JetBlue Vacations Customers are eligible to earn JetBlue TrueBlue points consistent with the JetBlue TrueBlue Terms and Conditions and as follows.
TrueBlue members will earn six (6) TrueBlue points per dollar spent on airfare and one (1) TrueBlue point per dollar spent on hotels, cruises, cars and transfers booked as a part of a JetBlue Vacations package. TrueBlue members will not earn any TrueBlue points on packages purchased with a combination of TrueBlue points and a monetary payment.
Mosaic members earn nine (9) TrueBlue points per dollar spent on airfare and one (1) TrueBlue point per dollar spent on hotels, cars, cruises and transfers booked as a part of a JetBlue Vacations package.
Points will not be earned on government taxes/fees, travel insurance, or other fees or charges (e.g., change/cancel fees, activities added after booking, food, airport transfers, etc.). You will only earn points based on the eligible amount spent on your individual per-person cost of the JetBlue Vacations package. You will not earn any points for amounts spent on any other traveler’s JetBlue Vacations package, even if such traveler is on your booking and/or you paid for the package. If you are traveling with other TrueBlue Members, each Member’s TrueBlue account information (name and TrueBlue number) must be entered into the booking in order for every Member to earn TrueBlue points on their individual per-person portion of the JetBlue Vacations package. For Hotel + Points packages, TrueBlue members will earn one (1) point per dollar spent on the package, and will be added to the lead traveler’s TrueBlue account.
Using TrueBlue Points:
TrueBlue members can use TrueBlue points in combination with a monetary payment to purchase flight + hotel packages with the exception of flight + hotel packages that include codeshare or interline flights. The number of points and the dollar amount required for a particular package will depend on, among other things, the flight, destination and hotel chosen and the applicability of peak travel periods. Promo or discount codes cannot be used when booking an Award Vacation package. Points used towards a JetBlue Vacations purchase must be from one TrueBlue member’s account; points may not be combined from multiple TrueBlue accounts. Monetary payments must be made at time of booking. TrueBlue members will not earn any TrueBlue points on flight + hotel packages purchased with a combination of TrueBlue points and a monetary payment. In the event of a cancellation, you will get TrueBlue points reimbursed if your package was paid with a combination of cash + points. However, if the amount you paid in cash does not cover hotel penalties, you will have to pay the difference to get your TrueBlue points reimbursed. Flight + hotel packages purchased solely with a monetary payment may not be exchanged or refunded for purchase with TrueBlue points.
TrueBlue Mosaic Status:
Mosaic members earn nine (9) TrueBlue points per dollar spent on airfare and one (1) TrueBlue point per dollar spent on hotels, cruises, cars and transfers booked as a part of a JetBlue Vacations package.
Members that have TrueBlue Mosaic status will receive certain additional benefits in connection with the Program. For more information, please review Section 7.3 of the JetBlue TrueBlue Terms and Conditions, as details may change from time to time.
Accumulation/Earning of TrueBlue Tiles
TrueBlue members earn 1 tile for every $100 of qualifying spend on JetBlue Vacations packages. For full details, please see TrueBlue Terms and Conditions.
Except for promotions offered by JBTP that expressly apply to a particular JetBlue Vacations package, no other promotional discounts, vouchers, coupons or other discounts or special offers will apply to JetBlue Vacations packages or any components thereof.

JBTP’s websites may contain electronic links to websites owned and operated by third parties. JBTP's inclusion of any links does not imply an endorsement of their material or content and JBTP disclaims any liability arising out of your use of such websites.
Responsibility and Limitation of Liability:
JBTP shall not be held liable for, and you hereby waive any claims against JBTP for, any damages whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental, consequential or otherwise, whether stated in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and even if JBTP has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising out of (a) the booking of or travel in connection with a JetBlue Vacations package; (b) the acts, omissions, products or services of any Travel Supplier or person or company rendering services in connection with a JetBlue Vacations package; (c) any failure or delay or performance by any Travel Supplier; (d) any failure or delay arising out of use of this website, including, without limitation, error, mistaken package pricing, omission, interruption, defect, delay in transmission, or computer virus; (e) any failure or delay arising out of use of Travel Suppliers' websites. JBTP is a vacation package service provider acting as an intermediary/broker and is only responsible for providing services of facilitating the booking of and payment for the vacation package accommodations and services you have selected. JBTP is not responsible for errors or omissions in any printed or online material. JBTP is not the agent of the Travel Suppliers or any consumer for any purpose. JBTP disclaims each and every fiduciary and other duty that could potentially arise under contract, a course of dealing, or otherwise and be owed to the Travel Suppliers or any consumer. JBTP does not acquire any ownership, right of use, resale or other rights with respect to vacation package accommodations and services. JBTP shall negotiate, book, and pay for vacation package accommodations and services only in the name of, on behalf of, and using the funds of third-party consumers.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
JBTP makes no warranty of any kind regarding this site or any of the products and services provided. All products and services provided by JBTP are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. JBTP expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions, including without limitation any express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and/or those arising by statute or otherwise in law from dealing or usage of trade.
JBTP shall not be liable for damages for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control or the control of any Travel Supplier with which you have elected to deal including, but not limited to, weather conditions, acts of God, force majeure, pandemic or localized health emergency, strikes, civil commotions, government action or prohibition, embargoes, and wars or other hostilities, whether actual, threatened or reported, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of JBTP or any of the Travel Suppliers.
Governing Law and Legal Actions:
Any disputes and matters arising out of or in connection with JetBlue Vacations packages shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without reference to its choice of law rules, and shall be brought in the federal and state courts located within the State of New York, New York County, as the venue of any action, to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country. Each consumer waives his/her right to a jury trial. Any legal action brought pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, or relating to your JetBlue Vacations package, to your booking, or to your use of the JBTP website must be brought in your individual capacity and not asserted as part of a class action proceeding. JBTP’s failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Changes to Terms & Conditions, Controlling Language:
JBTP reserves the right, to the extent not prohibited by applicable law, to change, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. English is the controlling language of these Terms & Conditions; to the extent there is any conflict between this English version and a version in another language, the English controls.
Protecting our Customers:
When you travel with JetBlue Vacations, we strive to make every part of your trip feel like, well, a vacation. Unfortunately, there are times when things do not go as planned. We think it's important that you know exactly what you can expect from us and that you can purchase insurance coverage for added peace of mind.
Rebookings, changes, & cancellations for packages containing a flight component:
JBTP will waive any otherwise applicable change fee(s) for Customers who experience a Controllable Event, defined as an event caused directly by a Controllable Irregularity as defined in the JetBlue Airways Contract of Carriage.
In the case of an Uncontrollable Event, defined as an event caused directly by an Uncontrollable Irregularity as defined in the JetBlue Airways Contract of Carriage, compensation will be provided consistent with JetBlue’s policies relating to compensation available at https://www.jetblue.com/customer-assurance/our-promise.
When a rebooking is at the Customer's election, the JetBlue Vacations $100 per person change fee will apply, plus any applicable change fees charged by the Travel Suppliers and there may also be an increase in the package price.
If airfare price goes up:
• In a Controllable Event, if the airfare price goes up at rebooking, JBTP will rebook the airfare to the same destination for dates set by JetBlue at no additional fee. Travel must be rebooked within the preset timeframe.
• In an Uncontrollable Event, compensation will be provided consistent with JetBlue’s policies relating to compensation available at https://www.jetblue.com/customer-assurance/our-promise.
• When rebooking is at the Customer's election, the Customer will be responsible for any increase in airfare, which must be paid at time of rebooking.
If hotel, cruise and/or car price goes up:
• In a Controllable or Uncontrollable Event, JBTP may contact the hotel property, cruise line and/or car partner to assist in determining and applying their policy.
• When rebooking is at the Customer's election, the Customer will be responsible for any applicable change fees charged by the hotel/cruise line and other Travel Suppliers, and any increase in the package price or other package components, which must be paid at time of rebooking.
JetBlue Vacations Credit:
• Customers who experience a Controllable Event are entitled to a JetBlue Vacations Credit, which is valid for one year from the date of cancellation and is redeemable only towards JetBlue Vacations packages.
• Customers who experience an Uncontrollable Event are entitled to a JetBlue Vacations Credit, less any hotel-imposed or cruise line fees/penalties and less any nonrefundable activities, which may be redeemed towards future a JetBlue Vacations bookings.
• Customers who cancel Flight + Hotel or Hotel + Points packages at their own election will incur a $100 per person fee and are entitled to a JetBlue Vacations Credit if canceled prior to departure and the cancellation request meets the JetBlue Vacations policy and the specific hotel cancellation policy, less any hotel imposed fees/penalties and any nonrefundable charges. Customers who cancel Flight + Cruise packages at their own election are subject to penalty up to the full package price. Please call 1-844-JB VACAY (528-2229) to ask a JetBlue Vacations crewmember about the cancellation policy of your JetBlue Vacations package. (Do not call the hotel/cruise line directly, as the change or cancellation policies and/or fees may be specific to the JetBlue Vacations package.)
• When cancelling is at the Customer's election, the JetBlue Vacations $100 per person cancellation fee will apply, plus any applicable cancellation fees charged by the Travel Suppliers.
Customer must involuntarily extend vacation:
• In the event a Customer must involuntarily extend their vacation due to an Uncontrollable Event, additional hotel and car rental charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
Customer must involuntarily shorten vacation:
• In the event a Customer must involuntarily shorten their vacation due to a Controllable Event, the customer is entitled to a JetBlue Vacations Credit for charges for unused night(s), car rental(s) and activities.
• In the event a Customer must involuntarily shorten their vacation due to an Uncontrollable Event, the customer may be entitled to a partial JetBlue Vacations Credit.
