Get free airport transfers when you book with JetBlue Vacations. Add “Free Insider Experience Shared Roundtrip Airport Transfer” before you checkout online. If you forget, you can add an airport transfer later by calling us at 1-844-JB-VACAY (528-2229).
Arrival meet & greet
We’ll meet you at the airport and show you to your ride. Once you collect your bags and get through Customs, look for your JetBlue Vacations Insider holding a JetBlue Vacations sign and wearing a JetBlue Vacations polo.

General
1. Select any JetBlue Vacations package to Aruba (AUA), Punta Cana (PUJ), Cancún (CUN), Montego Bay (MBJ), Nassau (NAS), Los Cabos (SJD), St. Lucia (UVF) or Tulum (TQO).
2. Once you have selected your flights + hotel package, click on the “Add Extras” button under your itinerary and find “Free Insider Experience Shared Roundtrip Airport Transfer.”
3. Then simply select the number of travelers in your party, click the ”Add Activity” button and continue booking your vacation.
Forgot to book your airport transfer? No worries. Just give us a call at least 48 hours prior to departure at 1-844-JB-VACAY (528-2229).
They’re available by phone, WhatsApp, and email throughout your stay. We’ll send you an email with the contact info seven days before departure. You’ll also receive a welcome packet upon arrival with all the contact info. For help booking tours, activities and dining reservations, JetBlue Vacations Insiders are available during business hours (which may vary by destination).
After hours, you can leave a voicemail and they’ll return your call the next day. For emergencies, they’re available 24/7. To best support you, there will be multiple Insiders at your service in each destination.

At the airport
A JetBlue Vacations Insider will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall to show you to your ride. (Your pre-departure email will have more specifics on where to go upon arrival.) They will be watching your flights to ensure a smooth arrival and transfer experience, even if you’re delayed.
They will be holding a JetBlue Vacations sign and wearing a JetBlue Vacations polo. They will not approach you unless you approach them, so make sure to say hello! If you don’t see them, feel free to reach out using the contact info you receive in your pre-departure email for assistance upon arrival.
Your driver will have your booking info, and you can rely on them to get you where you need to go safely.
The JetBlue Vacations Insider Experience includes free roundtrip ground transportation to and from the hotel. Your vehicle could range in size from a smaller private car to a larger bus. If you’d like to upgrade to a private transfer upon arrival, you can always add that to your booking for a small fee.
Make sure you add your ground transfer during the booking process or call 1-844-JB-VACAY to add your transfer for free after booking. Once you arrive at your destination, you’ll receive instructions on scheduling your return transfer to the airport at the end of your trip.
Due to local regulations, Insiders cannot carry your bags, but once you get to your vehicle the driver can assist you with getting your bags in and out of the vehicle. Tipping the driver is at your discretion.

They can give you advice on what to see and do on the island, as well as help you book dining reservations, tours and activities. For added peace of mind, they’ll only recommend activities that have been fully vetted and are considered safe, secure and insured.
