What is a JetBlue Vacations package?

A JetBlue Vacations package is a customizable travel package that includes roundtrip flights on JetBlue, hotel and/or cruise and/or a rental car. By purchasing travel services and accommodations through JetBlue Vacations, customers will save both time and money.

How do I book a JetBlue Vacations package?

You can book a JetBlue Vacations packages online or over the phone. To book online, visit jetblue.com/vacations, or jetblue.com and choose Vacations in the booking tool at the top of the home page.

To book by phone, call 1-844-JB-VACAY (528-2229). Crewmembers are available 24/7, and there is never an extra fee to book a vacation package by phone.

Itineraries that include more than one destination or hotel/resort, Even More® Space or Mint seats, pets, or more than 7 travelers, must be booked by phone. Please note that you cannot make a booking within 72 hours prior to departure.

Can I book a JetBlue Vacations package through the JetBlue app?

Yes, you can book a flight + hotel package through the JetBlue app. To book a flight + cruise package, visit jetbluevacations.com, or jetblue.com and click the JetBlue Vacations logo at the top of the homepage. How can I get a copy of my confirmation email?

To view your JetBlue Vacations package itinerary online, visit jetbluevacations.com, and choose View my Vacation at the top of the home page.

Can I change a JetBlue Vacations package after I’ve booked?

Yes, changes on JetBlue Vacations packages can only be made over the phone by calling 1-844-JB-VACAY (528-2229).

The first change to your flight + hotel package won’t incur any JetBlue change fees. All subsequent changes to your flight + hotel package will result in a $100 per person fee. Some hotel penalty periods may vary, but for any other hotel, changes must be made a minimum of the day prior to the scheduled departure date. If any changes involve an increase in price, payment will be required at the time of the change. Changes made to a JetBlue Vacations Flight + Cruise package won't incur any JetBlue change fees. JetBlue Vacations packages are subject to any applicable hotel, cruise or other Travel Supplier penalties, and any change in price. Cancellations made to Flights + Cruise packages are subject to penalty up to the full package price. Changes will not be effective until payment is received and availability is confirmed by the hotel/car supplier. What if I need to cancel my JetBlue Vacations package?

All flight + hotel package cancellations will result in a $100 per person fee. Additional cancellation policies vary based on hotel. Please check the individual hotels for specific hotel cancellation restrictions. Please see cruise flight + cruise cancellation policies here. Cancellations may be made online or by calling us directly.

Please note: JetBlue Vacations packages are non-refundable. Any remaining amounts after the cancellation fee is processed will be held in a JetBlue Vacations Credit for one (1) year from the date of cancellation and may be applied to the purchase of a future JetBlue Vacations package.

JetBlue Vacations Credits may not be used for air-only travel on JetBlue.

Change & cancel fees

Changes must be made by phone at 1-844-528-2229. Cancellations may be made online or by phone. If a JetBlue Vacations package is not cancelled the day prior to scheduled departure, all money associated with this package will be forfeited. Please review your individual hotel’s change and cancellation policies, that may have more restrictive terms and conditions.

Flights + Hotel: The first change made to a JetBlue Vacations Flight + Hotel package is free. All subsequent changes will result in a $100 per person fee. JetBlue Vacations packages are subject to any applicable hotel, or other Travel Supplier penalties, and any change in price. All Flight + Hotel cancellations will result in a $100 per person fee.

Flights + Cruise: Changes made to a JetBlue Vacations Flight + Cruise package won't incur any JetBlue change fees. How do I upgrade existing airfare to a JetBlue Vacations package?

If you’d like to upgrade your existing airfare to a JetBlue Vacations package and are not changing anything else, there is NO change fee involved. Just give us a call and we can upload your flights into the JetBlue Vacations system to make it a package.

If you’d like to upgrade your existing airfare to a JetBlue Vacations package and ARE changing destinations and dates, there will be a standard change/cancel fee per person, plus any increase in airfare.

Can I extend the travel dates of my JetBlue Vacations package?

Yes, changes on JetBlue Vacations packages can be made over the phone by calling JetBlue Vacations at 1-844-528-2229 for assistance. Please note that the first change to your flight + hotel package won't incur any JetBlue change fees. All subsequent changes to your flight + hotel package will result in a $100 per person fee. Changes made to a JetBlue Vacations Flight + Cruise package won't incur any JetBlue change fees.

Can I make a change to my Cash + Points booking?

Yes. Just a heads up, any changes to your booking will result in a cancellation and rebook. You will only have to wait for us to refund your points back to you, which may take up to 7 business days. Also, keep in mind that the package price may have changed, so you may need to rebook at the new rate. Changes cannot be made to a cash + points booking after travel has commenced.

Can I earn TrueBlue points for my JetBlue Vacations flight + hotel package?

Yes!

• TrueBlue members earn six (6) TrueBlue points per dollar spent on airfare and one (1) TrueBlue point per dollar spent on hotels, cruises, cars and transfers booked as a part of a JetBlue Vacations package
• Mosaic members earn nine (9) TrueBlue points per dollar spent on airfare and one (1) TrueBlue point per dollar spent on hotels, cruises, cars and transfers booked as a part of a JetBlue Vacations package

You will not earn any points for amounts spent on any other traveler’s JetBlue Vacations package, even if such traveler is on your booking and/or you paid for the package. If you are traveling with other TrueBlue Members, each Member’s TrueBlue account information (name and TrueBlue number) must be entered into the booking in order for every Member to earn TrueBlue points on their individual per-person portion of the JetBlue Vacations package.

Yes! You can earn 1 tile for $100 in qualifying spend on your flight + hotel or flight + cruise package.

Redeeming TrueBlue points for a JetBlue Vacations package is easy! Simply visit jetbluevacations.com and select your flight + hotel package. On the payment page you’ll be able to sign in to your TrueBlue account and choose the exact number of points you wish to redeem using our helpful slider tool. You can also call 1-844-JB-VACAY (528-2229) and we’ll assist you with payment.

As a reminder, TrueBlue points can be applied towards the flight, hotel and car portions of your package, excluding travel insurance and certain taxes and fees. TrueBlue points cannot be redeemed for a flight + cruise package or packages that include partner airline flights.

How do I select my seat?

If you're booking online, you will only be able to select Core seats at the time of booking. 2 hours after booking, you may purchase Even More® Space seats, change your seats, buy bags and manage your booking on jetblue.com. Over the phone, you can select any seats at the time of booking.

Itineraries that include Even More® Space seats must be booked by phone.

Where can I check in and check the status of my flight?

You can check in for your flight using your booking code on jetblue.com or on the JetBlue app starting 24 hours prior to departure. We’ll send you an email to remind you.

Where can I add my Known Traveler Number (KTN/TSA)?

You can add your Known Traveler Number when you're checking in for your flight (which can be done 24 hours prior to departure) or by calling us at 1-844-JB-VACAY (528-2229).

How do I use a JetBlue Vacations Credit to book a package?

JetBlue Vacations Credits can no longer be redeemed online. If you want to use one, simply give us a call at 1-844-JB-VACAY (528-2229), and reference your booking number.

As a reminder, a JetBlue Vacations Credits can be applied to any JetBlue Vacations package (that’s flights + hotel and/or car rental or additional activities, where available). You don’t have to begin your travel before the expiration date listed above, but you DO need to book the travel by that date.

JetBlue Vacations Credits are fully transferable and can be used by anyone the credit holder authorizes. Credit number and name of credit holder will be verified when you call us.

Can I get a gift certificate for JetBlue Vacations packages?

JetBlue does not offer gift certificates for JetBlue Vacations packages.

Can I book a package with a JetBlue Vacations Credit and TrueBlue points?

You can book a package with both a JetBlue Vacations Credit and TrueBlue points by calling us at 844-JB-VACAY (528-2229). However, you cannot book a package with JetBlue Travel Bank Credit and TrueBlue points.

Please note that in the case of a JetBlue Vacation Credit + TrueBlue point booking, TrueBlue points can be applied towards the flight, hotel and car portions of your package, excluding travel insurance and certain taxes and fees. Please note: The TrueBlue account holder must be part of the package. TrueBlue points cannot be redeemed for a flight + cruise package or a package that includes partner airline flights. JetBlue Vacation Credit may be used for any cash portion of the package.

How do I use a promo code?

You’ll be prompted to enter your promo code on the payment screen during checkout. Only one promo code can be applied per booking. Promo codes cannot be used on bookings made with TrueBlue points.

How do I apply promos to my booking?

Promotions may include JetBlue promotions and hotel promotions. JetBlue promotions are applied automatically and the prices you see on the search pages include the promotions. Hotel promotions will be specified in the Terms and Conditions. Promotions will be included in the listed price.

How do I book a multi-destination trip?

If your itinerary includes more than one destination or hotel, please give us a call at 1-844-JB-VACAY (528-2229). There are no additional fees for booking on the phone.

How do I book a vacation package for a large group?

A JetBlue Vacations package is limited to a maximum of 7 travelers. A new package must be booked for additional travelers at the current price. All prices are subject to change until purchased.

Multiple rooms (up to 7) may be added, subject to availability.

Can I bring a pet on vacation?

Which credit cards and forms of payment can I use to book?

Will I have to pay the hotel/car now or at the counter?

Hotel payment is due when you book, however some hotels have resort fees and may need to be paid at the hotel. If you have questions about your hotel, you can review the hotel detail page or give us a call for assistance.

Rental car payments are included in the total package price and collected at the time of purchase. Additional insurance fees will be charged for international destinations. There may be additional taxes and/or fees charged at the time of return for tolls, gas, and incidentals.

The primary traveler on the booking must be the driver. Driver must be 25 years or older, have a valid driver’s license and a credit card in his/her name. Additional drivers may be added at the counter for an additional cost.

Can I change my payment type after I purchased my JetBlue Vacations package?
