Plans change so here’s everything you need to know when you need to cancel your cruise.

Please review our cancellation policy below. Changes to your cruise or flight + cruise package may also incur penalties, which vary depending on types of changes requested and terms applicable to booking.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.

Non Refundable Rate Promotions: Some specially priced promotional fares are totally nonrefundable as soon as they are purchased.

*CANCELLATION POLICY EXCEPTION: If you have purchased a specially priced promotion that is 100% non-refundable from the point of payment, you are not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation or credit whatsoever of your gross fare if you cancel your booking.
