Before You Book

Step 1: Find a Lower Price. See the exact same JetBlue Vacations package (flight + hotel or flight + cruise) for less on a U.S.-based website? Make sure your trip starts more than 7 days from now. The price must include all taxes and fees and match your itinerary in every way (same JetBlue flights, seats, hotel, room type, travel dates, and travelers).
Step 2: Call Us. Dial 1-844-JBVACAY (528-2229) before you book and one of our travel experts will help you. Hearing impaired? Call TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530.
Step 3: Share the Link. Provide the exact URL where you found the lower-priced package. We must be able to verify the price in real time—screenshots or emails won’t count.
Step 4: Get a Price Match. If the package qualifies, we’ll match the price on the spot while you're on the call.

After You Book

Step 1: Found a Better Deal?. Within 24 hours of booking—and as long as your trip starts more than 7 days from now—find your identical package for less on a U.S.-based site.
Step 2: Call Right Away. Call 1-844-JBVACAY (528-2229). Hearing impaired? Use TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530.
Step 3: Provide Booking Details. Have your JetBlue Vacations confirmation number and the URL of the lower-priced package ready. We must verify it during your call.
Step 4: Get Refunded. Once verified, we’ll refund the price difference to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 6–8 weeks for processing.


Here’s how to claim your 110% Best Price Guarantee on Cruises:

After You Book

Step 1: Find a Lower Price. Within 24 hours of booking, you must find an identical cruise at a lower public price (same ship, date, and cabin category); this lower price must only include the cruise fare and port charges and exclude all other items like special rates, packages, airfare, transfers, and onboard credits.
Step 2: Submit a Claim. Submit your claim to [email protected]link opens in a new window operated by external parties and may not conform to the same accessibility policies as JetBlue (including the details of the lower price) within 24 hours of your original booking.
Step 3: Wait for Review and Verification. The JetBlue Vacations Cruises team will review your claim within 72 hours.They reserve the right to verify the competitor pricing and may decline claims if the price is an error or a rate not available to the public.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund/Adjustment. If your claim is approved, you will receive a refund for 110% of the difference in price. Approved refunds are processed in 7–10 business days.
  • If you have already made final payment, the refund will be processed back to your credit card.
  • If final payment has not been made, your outstanding balance will be adjusted.

Flights + Hotel and Flights + Cruise Price Match Terms & Conditions: If you find a better price online for a flight + hotel or flight + cruise vacation package that is identical to a package offered by JetBlue Vacations before or within 24 hours of your purchase of that package from JetBlue Vacations, we guarantee that we will match that price or refund you the difference in price (the “Guarantee”), subject to the following terms. Guarantee is valid only when the lower package price, is found on a U.S.-based point-of-sale website(s), the airline component of which is offered by an authorized distributor of JetBlue flights, and where the lower price, inclusive of all taxes and fees, is for an identical package (including, but not limited to, where applicable, the same JetBlue flights, seating category, hotel, hotel room category, dates, number of travelers, etc.). Guarantee does not apply where the lower-priced package differs from the purchased JetBlue Vacations package in any way; may not be applied to reduce the price of flight + cruise package elements individually does not apply to any price difference(s) for any purchases other than specified package components (e.g., Guarantee does not apply to trip insurance, car rentals, activities, excursions, etc.); does not apply to any price difference found on a website where the airline, hotel or any other itinerary detail(s) is/are unknown until after purchase; does not apply to any package offer that includes a free or 100%-off JetBlue flights component; does not apply bookings made more than 24 hours prior to contacting JetBlue Vacations Customer Support, does not apply to price differences due to upgrades, including but not limited to Even More Space seats; and is not valid in connection with car rentals, vacation packages including airline partner, codeshare or interline flights, or packages that are unpublished or otherwise not available to the general public (e.g., wholesalers, travel industry discount rates, etc.), non-revenue bookings (e.g., bookings using a Travel Certificate, TrueBlue points, a combination of TrueBlue points and a monetary payment, etc.), air-only bookings, corporate bookings, group bookings, hotel + points bookings or bookings by a non-affiliated travel agent or travel supplier. Claims: For JetBlue Vacations to match a package price at time of purchase, or to request a refund in the amount of the eligible price difference after purchase pursuant to the Guarantee, you must call JetBlue Vacations at 1-844-JBVACAY (528-2229) (for hearing impaired customers, TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530) prior to purchase or, if already purchased from JetBlue Vacations, within 24 hours of your package purchase and more than seven days prior to the first scheduled flight departure applicable to that package. Claims under the Guarantee may not be submitted via email or in any other manner. Guarantee does not apply if any scheduled travel component of the package has already commenced or lapsed. On your call, you must provide the exact URL(s) where you found a lower package price and, if after purchase, the confirmation number of your JetBlue Vacations package purchase.

JetBlue Vacations must be able to locate and verify the lower package price and availability during your phone call. JetBlue Vacations is not required to conduct any research or make any inquiries to confirm any package price. JetBlue Vacations reserves the right to, and may at its sole discretion, deny any claims that cannot be verified during your phone call or for which incomplete information is provided. Any subsequent call(s) relating to a denied claim must also occur within 24 hours of package purchase. Only one claim may be submitted per qualifying package. Once an eligible lower price has been verified, JetBlue Vacations will match that price or, if already purchased, provide you with a refund in the amount of the price difference, credited to the original form of payment used to purchase the package. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for any refund to be processed and to post to your account. JetBlue Vacations reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Guarantee at any time, in any way, for any reason, in its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability to you. Cruises Price Match Terms & Conditions: Book your next adventure with confidence with JetBlue Vacations Cruises’ 110% Best Price Guarantee! If you find the same cruise (same ship, date, and cabin category) at a lower price within 24 hours of booking, simply submit a claim and once approved, we’ll refund 110% of the difference to your credit card or adjust your balance if final payment hasn’t been made. The guarantee applies only to cruise fares, including port charges, and excludes special or restricted rates, promotional packages, group deals, air, hotel, transfers, onboard credits, excursions, and taxes or fees.
