Here’s what you need to know about our Best Price Guarantee.
If you have not yet purchased a package:
- Prior to purchasing your JetBlue Vacations package (roundtrip flights + hotel or roundtrip flights + cruise), if you find your exact same flight + hotel or flight + cruise vacation package or the individual package components for flight + hotel packages, the sum of which is lower than your package price, (e.g. same JetBlue flights, seating category, hotel, hotel room category, dates, number of travelers etc.) on another U.S. based website(s) for a lower price, including all taxes and fees, call JetBlue Vacations Customer Support at 1-844-528-2229. Hearing impaired customers may call TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530.
- Provide the JetBlue Customer Support representative with the exact URL where you found a lower package price or the individual flight and hotel package components at a total lower price than your package price, (JetBlue Customer Support must be able to locate and verify the lower price(s) and availability during your phone call for your same vacation package. Best Price Guarantee only applies to roundtrip flight + hotel & roundtrip flight + cruise packages).
- Once the JetBlue Customer Support representative verifies that an eligible lower price exists on another website for your same flight + cruise vacation package, flight + hotel vacation package, or a sum for the individual package components for flight + hotel packages that is lower than your package price, JetBlue Vacations will match the price instantly while you’re on the phone.
If you have already purchased a package:
- Within 24 hours of purchasing your JetBlue Vacations package (flights + hotel or flights + cruise) if you find your exact same flight + hotel or flight + cruise vacation package or the sum of the individual package components for flight + hotel packages (e.g. same JetBlue flights, seating category, hotel, hotel room category, dates, number of travelers etc.) on another U.S. based website for a lower price, including all taxes and fees, call JetBlue Vacations Customer Support at 1-844-528-2229. Hearing impaired customers may call TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530.
- Provide the JetBlue Customer Support representative with the confirmation number of your JetBlue Vacations flight + hotel or flight + cruise booking, the lower price(s) you found, and the exact URL where you found it. (JetBlue Customer Support must be able to locate and verify the lower price(s) and availability during your phone call for your same vacation package. Best Price Guarantee does not apply to any package components other than flights + hotel or flights + cruise).
- Once the JetBlue Customer Support representative verifies that an eligible lower price exists on another website for your same vacation package or the sum of the individual package components for flight + hotel packages, JetBlue will give you a refund in the amount of the price difference, credited to your original form of payment for the JetBlue Vacations package.
- Remember, you must call within 24 hours of your JetBlue Vacations booking (and more than 7 days before your travel commences), so if you find a valid lower price, don’t wait—call us!
Terms & conditions: If you find a better price online for a flight + hotel or flight + cruise vacation package or the sum of the individual package components for flight + hotel packages, that is identical to a package offered by JetBlue Vacations before or within 24 hours of your purchase of that package from JetBlue Vacations, we guarantee that we will match that price or refund you the difference in price (the “Guarantee”), subject to the following terms. Guarantee is valid only when the lower package price, or the sum of those individual package components for flight + hotel packages, is found on a U.S.-based point-of-sale website(s), the airline component of which is offered by an authorized distributor of JetBlue flights, and where the lower price, inclusive of all taxes and fees, is for an identical package (including, but not limited to, where applicable, the same JetBlue flights, seating category, hotel, hotel room category, dates, number of travelers, etc.). Guarantee does not apply where the lower-priced package differs from the purchased JetBlue Vacations package in any way; may not be applied to reduce the price of flight + cruise package elements individually does not apply to any price difference(s) for any purchases other than specified package components (e.g., Guarantee does not apply to trip insurance, car rentals, activities, excursions, etc.); does not apply to any price difference found on a website where the airline, hotel or any other itinerary detail(s) is/are unknown until after purchase; does not apply to any price difference due to special discounts or value offers, including but not limited to promo codes, resort credits, resort room upgrades, free breakfasts, meal vouchers, activity vouchers, activity discounts from hotel, loyalty rewards programs, etc.; does not apply bookings made more than 24 hours prior to contacting JetBlue Vacations Customer Support, does not apply to price differences due to upgrades, including but not limited to Even More Space seats; and is not valid in connection with car rentals, vacation packages including airline partner, codeshare or interline flights, or packages that are unpublished or otherwise not available to the general public (e.g., wholesalers, travel industry discount rates, etc.), non-revenue bookings (e.g., bookings using a Travel Certificate, TrueBlue points, a combination of TrueBlue points and a monetary payment, etc.), air-only bookings, corporate bookings, group bookings, hotel + points bookings or bookings by a non-affiliated travel agent or travel supplier. Claims: For JetBlue Vacations to match a package price at time of purchase, or to request a refund in the amount of the eligible price difference after purchase pursuant to the Guarantee, you must call JetBlue Vacations at 1-844-JBVACAY (528-2229) (for hearing impaired customers, TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530) prior to purchase or, if already purchased from JetBlue Vacations, within 24 hours of your package purchase and more than seven days prior to the first scheduled flight departure applicable to that package. Claims under the Guarantee may not be submitted via email or in any other manner. Guarantee does not apply if any scheduled travel component of the package has already commenced or lapsed. On your call, you must provide the exact URL(s) where you found a lower package price or a lower sum for the exact same individual package components and, if after purchase, the confirmation number of your JetBlue Vacations package purchase.
JetBlue Vacations must be able to locate and verify the lower package price or the individual package components for flight + hotel packages, the sum of which is lower than your package price, and availability during your phone call. JetBlue Vacations is not required to conduct any research or make any inquiries to confirm any package price. JetBlue Vacations reserves the right to, and may at its sole discretion, deny any claims that cannot be verified during your phone call or for which incomplete information is provided. Any subsequent call(s) relating to a denied claim must also occur within 24 hours of package purchase. Only one claim may be submitted per qualifying package. Once an eligible lower price has been verified, JetBlue Vacations will match that price or, if already purchased, provide you with a refund in the amount of the price difference, credited to the original form of payment used to purchase the package. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for any refund to be processed and to post to your account. JetBlue Vacations reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Guarantee at any time, in any way, for any reason, in its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability to you.
