After your trip is cancelled, Flex Pay will apply the refunded amount to your account balance and credit back all remaining funds to your method of payment used to make the initial payment.
If you are not eligible for a refund, you are still responsible for the outstanding balance and your monthly payments remain the same until your balance is paid in full.
