For JetBlue Vacations packages, changes are defined as changes to the flight time/number on existing travel dates or new travel dates, travelers, changes to hotel, or changes to the rental car, but must include at least one change to the air or hotel portion of a previously booked JetBlue Vacations package. The first change made to a flight + hotel & hotel + points package won’t incur any JetBlue change fees. All subsequent changes will result in a $100 per person fee. All flight + hotel & hotel + points package cancellations will result in a $100 per person fee. Hotel, activity and car rental change or cancel fees may apply. When making changes to a booking, customers are responsible for any price increases, including increases in airfare, resulting therefrom. All changes made to a JetBlue Vacations Flight + Cruise package are free. Cancellations made to Flights + Cruise packages are subject to penalty up to the full package price. JetBlue Vacations packages are subject to any applicable hotel, cruise or other Travel Supplier penalties, and any change in price. Flight changes made within 24 hours of departure are also subject to a $75 fee. . All changes must be made by phone via JetBlue Vacations at 1-844-JB-VACAY. In case of a change, JetBlue Vacations will apply the value of the original package to the new package on the modified reservation. Changes or cancellations with a remaining balance, after subtraction of any applicable supplier penalties, will be converted into a JetBlue Vacations Credit for future use within one year of issuance. Changes to any component on an existing reservation may be subject to supplier penalties up to the full component price. Please see details in each offer for applicable supplier penalties. Customers are responsible for any and all supplier penalties or price increases as a result of a change. Supplier penalties are established by each supplier and collected by JetBlue Vacations. Changes may not be effected solely for the purpose of adding an additional promotion or other incentive offered by JetBlue Vacations or a third party. Tours and activities booked as part of a JetBlue Vacations package are not eligible for free change; changes to the dates or destination of a Vacations package that includes activities purchased through Viator or any other activities providers may be forfeited consistent with their terms.
