JetBlue Vacations Credit

A JetBlue Vacations Credit can be used towards any part of a JetBlue Vacations package.

As a reminder, a JetBlue Vacations Credits can be applied to any JetBlue Vacations package (flights + cruise, flights + hotel, car rental or additional activities, where available). You don’t have to begin your travel before the expiration date listed, but you do need to book your travel by the expiration date.

JetBlue Vacations Credits are fully transferable and can be used by anyone the credit holder authorizes. The credit number and name of credit holder will be verified when you call us to use your credit. JetBlue Vacations Credits can also be used toward a TrueBlue redemption booking.

JetBlue Vacations Credits can no longer be redeemed online. If you have a JetBlue Vacations Credit and wish to use it to book a trip, simply give us a call at 1-844-JB-VACAY (528-2229) and reference your booking number.

JetBlue Travel Bank Credit

A JetBlue Travel Bank Credit can be used on the flight portion of a JetBlue Vacations package, or on a flights-only booking made on jetblue.com or by calling 1-800-JETBLUE. JetBlue Travel Bank Credits cannot be used on the flight portion of a package that includes partner airline flights. To redeem as part of a JetBlue Vacations package, you must call 1-844-JB-VACAY.

You may apply a JetBlue Vacations credit towards a JetBlue Vacations package (consisting of flights + hotel, flights + cruise, including car rentals or additional activities, where available). When you're ready to redeem your credit, call 1-844-JB-VACAY (528-2229) to speak with a JetBlue Vacations travel expert. This credit is unable to be applied online at jetbluevacations.com, but feel free to browse our website for vacation inspiration. Please note: when using a JetBlue Vacations Credit toward a TrueBlue redemption booking, TrueBlue points can be applied towards the flight, hotel and car portions of your package, excluding travel insurance and certain taxes and fees and JetBlue Vacations Credits can be used toward any cash portion of the package. Travel does not have to begin before the expiration date listed; however, you must book the trip by that expiration date.
