SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the JetBlue Vacations Win a Trip to Universal Orlando Resort Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is Paisly, LLC, d/b/a: JetBlue Vacations, located at 1855 Griffing Road, Suite A220, Dania Beach, Florida 33004 (“Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents, residing in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Utah, and Puerto Rico (“Eligibility Area”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of Entry (each an “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives of Sponsor, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and Sweepstakes and/or fulfillment agencies (collectively, the “Related Entities”) and the immediate families (spouse and parents, step parents, children, step children, siblings, grandparents and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of any such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes will consist of four (4) monthly Entry periods (each a “Monthly Entry Period”). Each Monthly Entry Period will start at 12:00 AM ET and end at 11:59 PM ET. See chart below for details. Sweepstakes Administrator’s database clock is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may modify the validity of the Sweepstakes, which will be previously registered and notified before the competent authority, if applicable, and communicated in a timely manner by the means that the Sponsor deems appropriate. Likewise, for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor may cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes, which will also be communicated in a timely manner, without any liability to Sponsor.
HOW TO ENTER: Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by visiting jetbluevacations.com/sweepstakes-universal (the “Website”) and completing and submitting an online registration form as directed by providing the requested information to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). Limit one (1) Entry per person per Monthly Entry Period.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address provided at the time of Entry and he/she must comply with the Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable service provider has assigned the e-mail address. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of automated Entry or similar devices to participate or subvert the Entry process is prohibited and all Entries submitted through such devices are void. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned and the Sponsor has the right to dispose of the Entries at Sponsor’s discretion. If you use a mobile device to enter this Sweepstakes, message and data rates may apply, and Entrants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable charges. Please consult your wireless-service provider regarding its pricing plans. By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. All Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET by the final day of each month’s Monthly Entry Period to be included in that Month’s Entry Period random drawing. See chart below for Monthly Entry Period timing.
SWEEPSTAKES prize WINNER SELECTION/RANDOM DRAWINGS: A random drawing will be conducted on or about each Monthly Entry Period’s Random Drawing date indicated in the chart below, to select one (1) Monthly Grand Prize winner for each Monthly Entry Period from among all eligible Entries received during that Monthly Entry Period. All random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings. All non-winning Entries will NOT be rolled into any subsequent Monthly Entry Periods’ drawing(s). The odds of winning a Monthly Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received during each Monthly Entry Period.

NOTIFICATIONS/LIMITATIONS: Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified via email to the email address provided at the time of Entry by Sweepstakes Administrator. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to digitally complete and submit a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver and, unless prohibited by law, a Publicity Release within seventy-two (72) hours from date of notification to claim a prize. In order to be declared an official Grand Prize winner in the Sweepstakes, each potential Grand Prize winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. A potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified if: (i) required execution of winner notification materials are not received by Sweepstakes Administrator in a timely manner, (ii) a potential Grand Prize winner is ineligible or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, (iii) a potential Grand Prize winner declines his/her prize, or (iv) prize is returned as undeliverable. In the event a potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified, an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining corresponding eligible Entries received for that Monthly Entry Period. A selected potential Grand Prize winner will not be an official Grand Prize winner until all required documentation has been returned, and eligibility has been formally verified. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or emails made to Entrants or prize winners not by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator. The Internal Revenue Service requires Form 1099-MISC to be issued and filed for any winner who receives a prize if the annual aggregate value of the prize received is $600 or more. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to provide Sponsor with his/her Social Security number for tax purposes and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the prize.
PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):
FOUR (4) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a Universal Orlando Resort vacation package (“Grand Prize”) for Grand Prize winner and up to 3 guests [“Guest(s)”] consisting of:
- Round-trip economy class air transportation from the nearest JetBlue service city (non-stop) to winner’s home to Orlando, FL. If a Winner lives within a 100-mile radius of Orlando, FL, Sponsor will provide Winner ground transportation in lieu of air transportation in the form of a rental car or train ticket and the difference in value will not be awarded.
- Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to 4 people in a maximum of one (1) standard room (quadruple occupancy) at a Universal Orlando Resort hotel (room and hotel to be selected by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion) for four (4) consecutive days and three (3) consecutive nights. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, not specified here.
- Non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL
- Up to four (4) Universal Orlando 3-Park four (4) day Park-to-Park PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe tickets to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks, Universal Volcano Bay water theme park plus one (1) day admission to Universal Epic Universe theme park on dates selected by the Grand Prize winner (each, a “Park”). ARV: $4,773.20.
During the fall and winter season, Universal Volcano Bay is closed on select dates. Universal Volcano Bay will begin a seasonal closure on October 26, 2026, with a current planned reopening on or before March 24, 2027. If winner chooses to travel at a time that coincides with this extended closure, they will forfeit admission to Universal Volcano Bay water theme park without alternative or further compensation.
Grand Prizes must be booked at least 60 days prior to intended visit date. All elements of the Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time. Grand Prize must be used between the dates of March 1, 2026 and March 1, 2027 or Grand Prize will be forfeited without further or alternative compensation. Grand Prize winners and respective Guests must stay together on the same itinerary. Failure to travel on the dates specified will result in forfeiting the prize in its entirety (with no compensation) and an alternate winner may be selected. Grand Prize winners and their Guests must possess valid travel documents (e.g. REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or REAL ID-compliant non-driver ID, passport, passport card, visa, etc.). Failure to obtain required travel documents may result in forfeiture of prize and alternate selection. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. If the Grand Prize winner chooses to travel without Guests, the prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for one (1) traveler and they will not receive additional compensation of any kind in conjunction therewith. Grand Prize winners and their Guests must agree to follow any applicable COVID or other protocols that may be in place at time of prize award. Sponsor's regulations and conditions apply. Seat selection and timing of trip are subject to change. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed.
If a winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Grand Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guests, the Grand Prize will be awarded to Grand Prize winner and each participating Guest (if applicable), and any remainder of the Grand Prize will be forfeited without further or alternative compensation. If Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), Winner must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Unless child or ward of Grand Prize winner or one of the allotted Guests, each Guest must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure. Grand Prizes are nontransferable and have no cash value. Grand Prize winners’ Guests (or a Grand Prize winner on behalf of their Guest who is a minor and their child/charge), will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, baggage fees, taxes, tips, souvenirs, incidentals, entertainment, transfers, personal expenses, ground transportation, and any transportation between airport and winner’s home residence are the winner's sole responsibility. Grand Prize Winners will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the winner’s hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card. In the event that a Grand Prize winner or their Guests engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the stay early and/or eject them from any portion of the stay or applicable Park, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and their Guests home with no further compensation to a Grand Prize winner. Sponsor and Universal Orlando are not responsible for cancellations or weather conditions due to circumstances beyond Sponsor or Universal Orlando’s control, inability of winner or Guest to take Grand Prize benefits in accordance with applicable rules and restrictions, and/or any other difficulties occurring during or in connection with the prize or related activities.
Lost, mutilated, or stolen Park tickets will not be replaced. By accepting a prize, Grand Prize winners agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the applicable Park and each Park venue. Sponsor is not responsible if a Grand Prize winner does not use Park tickets on day of reservation. Sponsor is not responsible if the Park has a delayed opening or is closed for any reason and the applicable Grand Prize winner will not be reimbursed. Released Sweepstakes Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside of Released Promotion Parties’ control that may cause the closures of the Park(s). Park tickets are subject to issuer’s standard terms and conditions, including but not limited to rain-check policies and procedures. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. All Prize details are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In case of Park closure, that portion of the Grand Prize will go unawarded and no additional compensation will be provided.
Universal Orlando Resort Terms: Each ticket is valid only on the date selected and printed on the ticket. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on the ticket. The tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal”). Unless otherwise stated, Prizes do not include admission to separately ticketed events at any of the Universal theme Parks or within any of the CityWalk venues, Universal Cinemark, or Hollywood Drive-In Golf™, and parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.
If a Prize (or portion of a Prize) becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a Prize or portion of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute Prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of Prizes is prohibited. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person.
In connection with any visit to Universal Orlando Resort, please be advised that Universal’s policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. In addition, winners and Guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Universal Orlando cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.
All parts of a Prize selected are subject to availability and blackout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities, epidemics, pandemics and the spread of infectious diseases, including without limitation COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization and any of the strains, variants or mutations thereof), and any related governmental or judicial actions, including but not limited to travel restrictions, taken in connection with, or as a response to, any such event, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Universal Orlando Resort in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfilment processes and timelines for any prize or portion of a prize that Universal Orlando Resort is responsible for, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/or fulfilment. In addition, Guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination. Should a prize become unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered.
Universal Orlando is a prize supplier only in this Sweepstakes, is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes and is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the collection of Entries, or the selection of any winner. Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Universal Orlando arising out of or relating to any person’s use of or participation in any Prize provided by Universal Orlando shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws, provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an Entry, each Entrant, winner and Guest waives, discharges, and fully releases Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator, the Related Entities, and the officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives of each (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any prize or from any activity related to the receipt or use of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). By receipt of any prize, each Grand Prize winner and Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto).
FORCE MAJEURE: In the event an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received for the Sweepstakes Period or any Monthly Entry Period and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding any prizes or continuing with this Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order, regulation, or guideline, public health crisis (e.g., Coronavirus), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes. If this Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the potential Sweepstakes winners in random drawings per Monthly Entry Period from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each Entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. If the Sponsor determines that all or a portion of a prize is unavailable due to a Force Majeure event, then Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or portion thereof with one of equal or greater value, and no other additional compensation or substitution will be provided.
PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, Grand Prize winners by acceptance of a prize, grant to the Released Parties the right to publicize his/her name, city and state of residence, Entry (or any portion thereof), photograph, video, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for advertising, trade and other purposes, throughout the world, for up to one year from the time of acceptance, in any manner, without limitation and without additional compensation, consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, incomplete or garbled Entries or email; for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines; or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes the processing of Entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Entrant's or to any other person's computer, wireless phone/smartphone or landline phone related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrant or any representative of Sponsor and/or the Released Parties, or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, and their respective agents.Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any Entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the Grand Prize winners and award the prizes by random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received per Monthly Entry Period up to the time of such cancellation or in another manner otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
DISPUTES: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, and in no event will Entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (c) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in the State of New York, County of New York, and the parties’ consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
USE OF INFORMATION: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to (i) receiving email correspondence from Sponsor. All information submitted to Sponsor as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which may be updated from time to time without notice.
RIGHTS RESERVED: The content, information, data, designs and code associated with the Sweepstakes and at jetbluevacations.com/sweepstakes-universal are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Any unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or any other intellectual property of Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
