SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the Jet Set and Sail Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is Paisly, LLC, d/b/a: JetBlue Vacations, located at 1855 Griffin Road, Suite A220, Dania Beach, Florida 33004 (“Sponsor”, “JetBlue Vacations”).

ADMINISTRATOR: The Administrator of the Sweepstakes is Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents, residing in Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Vermont, and Virginia (the “Eligibility Area”) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of Entry (each an “Entrant”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives of Sponsor, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), Carnival plc trading as Cunard (“Cunard”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and Sweepstakes and/or fulfillment agencies (collectively, the “Related Entities”) and the immediate families (spouse and parents, step parents, children, step children, siblings, grandparents and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of any such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 28, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sweepstakes Administrator’s database clock is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may modify the validity of the Sweepstakes, which will be previously registered and notified before the competent authority, if applicable, and communicated in a timely manner by the means that the Sponsor deems appropriate. Likewise, for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor may cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes, which will also be communicated in a timely manner, without any liability to JetBlue Vacations.

HOW TO ENTER: Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by visiting www.jetbluevacations.com/sweepstakes-cruise (the “Website”) and completing and submitting an online registration form as directed by providing the requested information to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address provided at the time of Entry and he/she must comply with the Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable service provider has assigned the e-mail address. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of automated Entry or similar devices to participate or subvert the Entry process is prohibited and all Entries submitted through such devices are void. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned and the Sponsor has the right to dispose of the Entries at Sponsor’s discretion. If you use a mobile device to enter this Sweepstakes, message and data rates may apply, and Entrants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable charges. Please consult your wireless-service provider regarding its pricing plans. By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and JetBlue’s Privacy Policy. All Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on February 28, 2026 to be included in the random drawing.

SWEEPSTAKES prize WINNER SELECTION/RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about March 4, 2026, to select one (1) Grand Prize winner. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawing. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

NOTIFICATIONS/LIMITATIONS: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via email at the email address provided at the time of Entry by Sweepstakes Administrator. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to digitally complete and submit a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver and, unless prohibited by law, a Publicity Release within seventy-two (72) hours from date of notification to claim the prize. In order to be declared the official Grand Prize winner in the Sweepstakes, the potential Grand Prize winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. The potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified if: (i) required execution of winner notification materials are not received by Sweepstakes Administrator in a timely manner, (ii) potential Grand Prize winner is ineligible or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, (iii) potential Grand Prize winner declines the prize, or (iv) prize is returned as undeliverable. In the event the potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified, an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The selected potential Grand Prize winner will not be an official Grand Prize winner until all required documentation has been returned, and eligibility has been formally verified. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or emails made to Entrants or prize winners not by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator. The Internal Revenue Service requires Form 1099-MISC to be issued and filed for any winner who receives a prize if the annual aggregate value of the prize received is $2,000 or more. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to provide Sponsor with their Social Security number for tax purposes and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the prize.

PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Consisting of one (1) seven (7) night voyage for prize winner and one (1) travel companion including: (i) one way economy class air transportation from the major commercial airport (that is a JetBlue hub) nearest the winner’s residence to John F Kennedy (JFK) Airport in New York on May 7, 2026; (ii) ground transportation from JFK to the Renaissance New York Times Square hotel for one (1) night hotel accommodations in a junior suite; (iii) ground transportation from the hotel to the Manhattan Cruise Terminal on May 8, 2026; (iv) one (1) cruise for eight (8) days/seven (7) nights on Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 for a transatlantic cruise including accommodations on the Britannia Balcony class, pre-paid gratuities and beverage package, and WIFI package for two (the “Cruise”); (v) post disembarkation in Southampton, exclusive car shuttle service from Southampton to London Heathrow Airport (LHR), JetBlue Mint travel back to New York, JFK on May 15, 2026; and (vi) one way economy class air transportation from JFK Airport in New York on May 15, 2026 or May 16, 2026 (depending on flight times/duration of flight) to the major commercial airport (that is a JetBlue hub) nearest the winner’s residence. ARV up to: $17,340.

Cruise is subject the terms and conditions of Cunard’s Passage Contract, which can be found here (“Passage Contract”). Winner and travel companion must agree to the Passage Contract in order to sail on the Cruise. Winner and travel companion must meet all eligibility requirements set forth on Cunard’s website and in the Passage Contract. Cunard reserves the right to refuse to embark any traveler, at any time if, in the sole opinion of Cunard, that traveler is unfit for any reason for the Cruise. Travel companion must be at least the age of majority in his/her state of residence at the time of booking the Cruise unless the Winner is the travel companion’s parent or legal guardian. Travel companion who is a minor in their state of residence must be accompanied at all times during the Cruise (including, but not limited to Cruise activities) by the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel companion must have all necessary identification and documentation (including, but not limited to, a valid passport, visa (if applicable) and all other necessary travel documents, which include any health certifications/proof of vaccinations that are required by Cunard and/or applicable governments/ports). Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and any other form of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Cunard has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.

Airline tickets are for travel from a JetBlue hub airport in the United States nearest winner's home to JFK. JetBlue’s regulations and conditions apply. Grand Prize may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. The travel companion of the Grand Prize winner (or the Grand Prize winner if the travel companion is their minor child/charge), will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. In the event the Grand Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of the cruise port city, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for the air transportation portion of the Grand Prize. If the Grand Prize winner elects to travel or participate in the Grand Prize travel with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of the Grand Prize.

The ARV of the prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the retail value thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event the stated ARV of a prize is more than the actual cruise market value of the prize due to itinerary and/or market fluctuations, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Any portion of a prize not used by the Grand Prize winner is forfeited and no cash substitute will be offered or permitted. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specific herein as being provided. Cruise includes all regular onboard meals and entertainment but does not include and is exclusive of shore excursions, specialty dining, spa services or other on-board activities, boutique purchases, fees, service charges, miscellaneous in-cruise expenses, and any other personal expenditure. Any costs associated with the prize not specified above are at the winner's discretion and are not included. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must possess valid government-issued travel documents, VISAs, passports, etc. at the time of travel. Sponsor is not responsible for any postponement, delays, or cancellation of cruise in connection with the prize. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of such occurrences. Winner and travel companion will be required to follow any applicable COVID or other protocols that may be applicable at time of travel. Prize must be used on dates specified or prize will be forfeited with no compensation. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for prize (or portion of prize) will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and in such circumstance, an alternate prize (or portion of prize) of equal value (as determined solely by Sponsor) will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify winner and void prize that appears to have been offered for sale, sold, or otherwise transferred. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets will not be replaced by Sponsor. ln the event the winner or travel companion engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor's sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Grand Prize trip, with no further compensation to the winner, as applicable. The prize and each component thereof are awarded “as is” without any warranty of any kind except as required by law. Winner and travel companion must abide by all cruise policies and regulations, including without limitation all health and safety protocols, and cruise terms and conditions at all times.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an Entry, each Entrant, the winner, and winner’s travel companion waives, discharges, and fully releases Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator, the Related Entities, and the officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives of each (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of the prize or from any activity related to the receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, without limitation: (i) any breach or alleged breach of these Official Rules; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in this Sweepstakes; (iii) any printing, production, typographical, human, technical or other errors; (iv) errors in the administration of this Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable email; (vi) injury, death, destruction, loss or damage to persons or property; and (vii) defamation, portrayal in a false light, infringement of intellectual property rights, or violation of publicity or privacy rights. By receipt of the prize, the Grand Prize winner and travel companion agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and assumes the risk(s) of taking a cruise and traveling to a city other than their own and a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19).

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received for the Sweepstakes Period and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding the prize or continuing with this Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order, regulation, or guideline, public health crisis (e.g., Coronavirus), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes. If this Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the potential Sweepstakes winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each Entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. If the Sponsor determines that all or a portion of the prize is unavailable due to a Force Majeure event, then Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or portion thereof with one of equal or greater value, and no other additional compensation or substitution will be provided.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, Grand Prize winner by acceptance of the prize, grant to the Released Parties the right to publicize their name, city and state of residence, Entry (or any portion thereof), photograph, video, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for advertising, trade and other purposes, throughout the world, for up to one year from the time of acceptance, in any manner, without limitation and without additional compensation, consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, incomplete or garbled Entries or email; for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines; or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes the processing of Entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Entrant's or to any other person's computer, wireless phone/smartphone or landline phone related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrant or any representative of Sponsor and/or the Released Parties, or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, and their respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any Entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may award the prize by random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to the time of such cancellation or in another manner otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

DISPUTES: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, and in no event will Entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (c) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in the State of New York, County of New York, and the parties’ consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

USE OF INFORMATION: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s consent to (i) receive marketing emails from Sponsor, which Entrant can unsubscribe from at any time. All information submitted to Sponsor as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the JetBlue’s Privacy Policy which may be updated from time to time without notice.

SWEEPSTAKES ADMINISTRATION: Cunard is not responsible for the administration, execution or conduct of the Sweepstakes or the selection of the winner(s).

RIGHTS RESERVED: The content, information, data, designs and code associated with the Sweepstakes and at www.jetbluevacations.com/sweepstakes-cruise are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Any unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or any other intellectual property of Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
