SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the JetBlue Vacations x Royal Caribbean Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is Paisly, LLC, d/b/a: JetBlue Vacations, located at 1855 Griffing Road, Suite A220, Dania Beach, Florida 33004 (“Sponsor”, “JetBlue Vacations”).

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents, residing in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Utah, and Puerto Rico who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of Entry (each an “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives of Sponsor, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and Sweepstakes and/or fulfillment agencies (collectively, the “Related Entities”) and the immediate families (spouse and parents, step parents, children, step children, siblings, grandparents and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of any such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes will consist of two (2) monthly Entry periods (each a “Monthly Entry Period”). Each Monthly Entry Period will start at 12:00 AM ET and end at 11:59 PM ET. See chart below for details. Sweepstakes Administrator’s database clock is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may modify the validity of the Sweepstakes, which will be previously registered and notified before the competent authority, if applicable, and communicated in a timely manner by the means that the Sponsor deems appropriate. Likewise, for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor may cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes, which will also be communicated in a timely manner, without any liability to JetBlue Vacations.

HOW TO ENTER: Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by visiting http://jetbluevacations.com/sweepstakes-cruise (the “Website”) and completing and submitting an online registration form as directed by providing the requested information to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). Limit one (1) Entry per person per Monthly Entry Period.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address provided at the time of Entry and he/she must comply with the Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable service provider has assigned the e-mail address. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of automated Entry or similar devices to participate or subvert the Entry process is prohibited and all Entries submitted through such devices are void. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned and the Sponsor has the right to dispose of the Entries at Sponsor’s discretion. If you use a mobile device to enter this Sweepstakes, message and data rates may apply, and Entrants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable charges. Please consult your wireless-service provider regarding its pricing plans. By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and JetBlue’s Privacy Policy. All Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET by the final day of each month’s Monthly Entry Period to be included in that Month’s Entry Period random drawing. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE WINNER SELECTION/RANDOM DRAWINGS: A random drawing will be conducted on or about each Monthly Entry Period’s Random Drawing date indicated in the chart below, to select one (1) Monthly Grand Prize winner for each Monthly Entry Period. All random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings. All non-winning Entries will NOT be rolled into a subsequent Monthly Entry Period’s drawing. The odds of winning a Monthly Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received during each Monthly Entry Period.

NOTIFICATIONS/LIMITATIONS: Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified via email to the email address provided at the time of Entry by Sweepstakes Administrator. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to digitally complete and submit a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver and, unless prohibited by law, a Publicity Release within seventy-two (72) hours from date of notification to claim a prize. In order to be declared an official Grand Prize winner in the Sweepstakes, each potential Grand Prize winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. A potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified if: (i) required execution of winner notification materials are not received by Sweepstakes Administrator in a timely manner, (ii) a potential Grand Prize winner is ineligible or is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, (iii) a potential Grand Prize winner declines his/her prize, or (iv) prize is returned as undeliverable. In the event a potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified, an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining corresponding eligible Entries received for that Monthly Entry Period. A selected potential Grand Prize winner will not be an official Grand Prize winner until all required documentation has been returned, and eligibility has been formally verified. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or emails made to Entrants or prize winners not by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator. The Internal Revenue Service requires Form 1099-MISC to be issued and filed for any winner who receives a prize if the annual aggregate value of the prize received is $600 or more. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to provide Sponsor with his/her Social Security number for tax purposes and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the prize.

PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):

TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: Each consisting of one (1) JetBlue Vacations Certificate (“Certificate”) to be used to book a Royal Caribbean Cruise. Certificate conditions included herein. The Grand Prize is a Certificate valid for a cruise only, valued up to $4,999. The ARV of each Grand Prize is up to $4,999. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: up to $9,998. Air transportation to/from winner’s home/port of embarkation is not included with prize.

Cruise selection may be made based on the availability at the time the certificate is used. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the individual Grand Prize winners. The ARV of the prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the retail value thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event the stated ARV of a prize is more than the actual cruise market value of the prize due to itinerary and/or market fluctuations, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Any portion of a prize not used by a Grand Prize winner is forfeited and no cash substitute will be offered or permitted. Grand Prize winners are solely responsible for any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specific herein as being provided, including but not limited to any travel to/from Royal Caribbean port of call. Prizes do not include and are exclusive of shore excursions, drinks packages, specialty dining, wi-fi, spa services or other on-board activities, fees, service charges, miscellaneous in-cruise expenses, and any other personal expenditure. Any costs associated with a prize not specified above are at the winner's discretion and are not included. Grand Prize winners and guests must possess valid government-issued travel documents, VISA’s, passports, etc. at the time of travel. If any guest is under 18 years of age, winner must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian and guest or winner on behalf of minor guest may need to execute a release of liability prior to prize usage. Sponsor will not be responsible for replacement of any lost or stolen Certificates, or documentation once they are in Grand Prize winner's possession. Sponsor is not responsible for any postponement, delays, or cancellation of cruise in connection with the prize. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of such occurrences. rizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Prizes are awarded "as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) Prize per person.

Certificate Terms and Conditions: Each Certificate is good for one-time use by prize winner in accordance with the travel restrictions identified on or in connection with the Certificate. All travel must be booked thirty (30) days in advance and traveled within the specified validity dates as stated on the Certificate. In the event that a Certificate does not include dates of validity, the Certificate shall be good for travel booked and sailed within one (1) year of the date of issuance. Winners are responsible for their own transportation to and from the port of call. Redeemed travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and capacity controls. At no time may it be purchased, sold, bartered, traded on an auction website or otherwise exchanged for value Certificate cannot be partially redeemed, is not redeemable for cash, and has no cash value. If traveling outside of the United States of America, winners are responsible for any and all documentation requirements, including but not limited to, proof of citizenship and all applicable visa requirements. For travel to Cuba, each winner must comply with regulations administered by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and is solely responsible for certifying that his or her trip is authorized under at least one of the OFAC approved license categories, and for determining the type of and obtaining any applicable visa. JetBlue is not responsible for a winner’s failure to present or provide adequate travel documentation required by the applicable laws of the territories a winner is traveling to or from. Sponsor will cover the government taxes and fees that apply to travel booked using a Certificate, provided the total cost does not exceed the value of the Certificate which is up to $4,999. Taxes will vary based on route. Government taxes/fees are subject to change as required by law. The Sponsor will pay all applicable taxes and fees at the time of booking, provided the total cost does not exceed the value of the Certificate which is up to $4,999. Grand Prize winners will be responsible for all gratuity charges, and if the cruise plus government taxes and fees are less than $4,999, a Grand Prize winner may opt to have the remaining funds allocated to the gratuity charges. No name changes or cruise rescheduling are permitted after confirmation of travel. Names must match exactly what is on passport or government-issued ID. Additional terms and restrictions apply. Once the cruise has been booked, cancellation and rescheduling are NOT permitted.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an Entry, each Entrant, winner and guest waives, discharges, and fully releases Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator, Sweepstakes Partner, the Related Entities, and the officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives of each (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any prize or from any activity related to the receipt or use of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). By receipt of any prize, each Grand Prize winner and guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and assumes the risk(s) of taking a cruise and traveling to a city other than his/her own and a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and the causes thereof, and sickness arising as a result of a winner and/or guest participating in the Sweepstakes and related activities, wherever, whenever or however the same may occur. Each winner and his/her/their guest fully understands that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that may be implemented from time to time based upon public health and government-sponsored guidelines (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received for the Sweepstakes Period or any Monthly Entry Period and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding any prizes or continuing with this Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order, regulation, or guideline, public health crisis (e.g., Coronavirus), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes. If this Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the potential Sweepstakes winners in random drawings per Monthly Entry Period from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor and award all Grand Prizes claimed prior to cancellation. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each Entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. If the Sponsor determines that all or a portion of a prize is unavailable due to a Force Majeure event, then Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or portion thereof with one of equal or greater value, and no other additional compensation or substitution will be provided.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, Grand Prize winners by acceptance of a prize, grant to the Released Parties the right to publicize his/her name, city and state of residence, Entry (or any portion thereof), photograph, video, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for advertising, trade and other purposes, throughout the world, for up to one year from the time of acceptance, in any manner, without limitation and without additional compensation, consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, incomplete or garbled Entries or email; for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines; or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes the processing of Entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Entrant's or to any other person's computer, wireless phone/smartphone or landline phone related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrant or any representative of Sponsor and/or the Released Parties, or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, and their respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any Entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the Grand Prize winners and award the prizes by random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received per Monthly Entry Period up to the time of such cancellation or in another manner otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor and award all Grand Prizes claimed prior to cancellation. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

DISPUTES: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, and in no event will Entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (c) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in the State of New York, County of New York, and the parties’ consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

USE OF INFORMATION: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to (i) receiving email correspondence from Sponsor. All information submitted to Sponsor as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the JetBlue’s Privacy Policy which may be updated from time to time without notice.

RIGHTS RESERVED: The content, information, data, designs and code associated with the Sweepstakes and at jetbluevacations.com/sweepstakes-cruise are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Any unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or any other intellectual property of Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
