Cancellation | Resort reservations may be canceled without liability at least five (5) days in advance of the guest arrival date. In the event of any other reservation cancellation, a fee for each such reservation cancellation in the amount of one (1) Resort Room Night per room cancelled plus thirteen and one-half percent (13.5%) will be assessed. All endeavors will be made to confirm all cancellations within forty-eight (48) hours after receipt. Reservations shall only be deemed canceled if and as so confirmed by Disney (either electronically or in writing). Name changes are not permitted without the prior approval of Disney, which approval shall be in Disney’s sole and absolute discretion.
