Things to do in Fort Myers

Sanibel Island
Sanibel is a small island about 45 minutes from the heart of Fort Myers. It’s connected to the mainland by a bridge but is naturally also accessible by boat. Every beach is different, and Sanibel’s claim to fame is their gorgeous shells. Stay at the Sanibel Inn to be as close as possible to this breathtaking beach, and don’t forget to grab a couple shells to take home!

Fort Myers Beach
Fort Myers Beach spans out across seven miles of white sand with the iconic Fort Myers Beach Pier in the middle. Adjacent to the pier, the town’s Times Square is comprised some of the most unique shops and restaurants in Fort Myers. You can also ride the trolley or walk along the boardwalk to Lovers Key State Park, a very isolated and romantic beach.
