Click “Search flights + hotel” and select a hotel followed by your room choice. Any JSX flight options will display the phrase “Operated by Delux Public Charter dba JSX Air” under the travel time and date on the flight selection page. Once you’ve selected your flight(s), you’ll be prompted to add all traveler info and payment information. And that’s it—you’re all set to jet! Flight components on JSX are subject to JSX’s Contract of Carriage.

No, name changes are not allowed on JSX packages. If you booked with the incorrect name, the booking must be cancelled and rebooked. Please note, we are unable to guarantee the original fare booked. You will be responsible for any difference in airfare.

JSX is waiving change/cancel fees for customers with JSX flight + hotel bookings made through 2/28/2021. If you choose to rebook, you can do so on any JSX flight through the end of the available schedule. A fare difference may apply.

For voluntary cancellations, funds will be issued as a JetBlue Vacations Credit. Travel credits can be used for future travel to any JetBlue Vacations destination and for any traveler.

Each ticketed customer may check two bags with a combined weight of no more than 50 pounds. Each bag must be less than 84 linear inches (length + width + height). Carry-on bags are limited to one item that must be stored below the seat in front of you (13” x 11” x 17”). All checked bags must have name tags for identification.

Customers will earn TrueBlue points based on the standard JetBlue Vacations accrual rate (1 point for land components, 6 points for air). Make sure your TrueBlue account is added prior to completing your booking.

You can request TrueBlue points for past travel for up to 90 days after your flight by calling 1-844-528-2229. You must provide your confirmation number from your original reservation.

No, you cannot use TrueBlue points to book JSX packages.

Yes, you can reserve a JSX package with a $200 deposit. Payment of the deposit confirms the reservation and secures the Vacations package price, so long as the remaining full balance owed on the package is received by JBTP at least 30 days before departure for Vacations packages to destinations within the U.S., and 45 days before departure for Vacations packages to international destinations (outside of the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
